• Sessions are to strictly be paid for in advance via bank transfer or online. You can also pay via Stripe or cash before your session starts. 

  • Private and duet sessions are on appointment only and will need to be paid in advance.

  • Clients are allotted a set number of weeks in which to take the number of classes/sessions you purchased. Only under specific medical circumstances will this time period be extended, or if the instructor has to cancel a class and you were unable to attend any others in its place.



  • Arrow Pilates reserves the right to cancel a class when necessary and will give at least 24 hours' notice. You will not be charged for this class and may book another accordingly. It is your responsibility to check the Acuity booking system or ArrowPilates Facebook page whether classes are cancelled.

  • Cancellations you make with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at full price.



  • ArrowPilates reserves the right to change pricing at their discretion.

  • Payments of appointments or packages cannot be refunded. You may pass onto a friend.



  • You must advise your instructor before commencing any session if for any reason your health or ability to exercise changes.

  • It is inadvisable to do Pilates between weeks 8 - 14 of pregnancy. If you are pregnant, it is strongly advised that you check with your doctor or midwife at regular intervals that it is still appropriate to exercise.

  • Pilates exercises are very safe but, as with all forms of exercise, it is evident to consult your doctor before starting sessions if you have concerns.

  • Classes and private sessions are not a substitute for medical counselling or treatment. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of any exercises, you should refer back to your medical practitioner. The instructor can accept no liability for personal injury related to a class or private session if: (1) your doctor or medical practitioner has, on health grounds, advised you against such exercise, (2) you fail to observe instructions on safety or technique, (3) such injury is caused by the negligence of another participant in the class or studio.

  • Exercise should be performed at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Pain is the body’s warning system and should not be ignored. Please inform your instructor if you feel any discomfort during a class or session. Please also inform the instructor if you felt any discomfort after a previous session.



  • In signing up for any of our classes or private sessions, you understand that Classical Pilates exercises involve hands-on correction, and you consent to your instructor working in this way.

  • Classical Pilates is done barefoot. Please make sure your feet are clean. You can opt to wear toe-socks as long as you can guarantee you have a grip on the apparatus.

  • Do not wear jewellery including watches, necklaces, big rings or arm bands to avoid scratching the padding of the apparatus but also to protect your own safety.

  • Please wear comfortable workout clothing. Not baggy because the teacher needs to see your body moving.

  • Do not wear perfume or heavy make-up to avoid staining the padding of the apparatus.
