ArrowPilates is a studio dedicated to the wellbeing of our community and the preservation of the Pilates method in its truest form. We are one of the few studios in the country to offer ‘Classical Pilates’ and take great pride in our team of instructors, suite of equipment and classes that have been developed for you.
Classical Pilates offers strength and stretch with each movement. The entire workout is based on the powerhouse (the centre of your body) controlling and commanding your limbs. The classical sequence appropriately warms up the body, challenges and cools it down.
